The project like many others occurred and existed due to the relationship established with the consultant initially, but due to consistent communications with the decision makers – they saw our operations, which is what allowed this project to come to be. This was a municipal project, (bid), and we were not the low number, but chosen based upon our experience, resources and relationships.
